Learn To Meal Prep
A three hour hands on, one on one course with Sarah where you and up to two additional friends can learn how to meal prep like the pros. In this program you will be working right along side Sarah to create fantastic tasting meals that will have you reaching your weight loss goals in no time. Prior to the booked session there will be a booked consultation via Skype in order to put together your goals, food menu and grocerry list. You will then be given the assignment to get all the yummy ingredients for your meal prep sesh. Be ready to laugh, cook, learn, ask questions and take home meals that will kick start you on the road to your success!
